Permissions
Conditions and Agreement:
Permission has been granted to Welcome to the Machine by Pink Floyd 'Roger Waters'; Pink Floyd management; Gallo Publishers and EMI Publishers, (1) to be South Africa's Pink Floyd tribute band; (2) to perform covers of Pink Floyd copyrighted material
stipulated in the agreement by the
aforementioned parties; and (3) to use the name Welcome to the Machine, under the conditions that (a) no lyrics are changed for performances and (b) no recordings of performances are made
for CDs/DVDs sold for commercial gain.
The banner art work has been approved by the aforementioned parties and was designed by Susan Yasue Grogan.
